The shuttle bus operates 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM from May 23rd through October 19th.

Cancellations and rescheduling require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will not be refunded. If you wish to reschedule within 48 hours, a new booking at full price will be necessary.

Dogs are allowed on the shuttle, and must be on a leash at all times.

Dogs are allowed up the paved trail, around the viewpoints, and to Crater Lake. Dogs are not allowed on the Scenic Loop trail. Dogs must be leashed at all times due to the potential for wildlife encounters.

No, passes are not accepted for the shuttle bus, and there are no discounts.
